-Is there age criteria to undergo increasing density.
that is a tough question because age is only one variable. degree of hair loss, donor density, donor caliber, etc. are important. i have to factor all of this together when i am deciding how much density and how to distribute that density gradient.
-How much should a person lose,so that increasing density can be done?.
Again, I need to factor everything mentioned above to determine this question.
-Will local anaesthesia causes shock loss?
It can but is necessary so that you do not feel discomfort. i use less epinephrine and fewer injection sticks when i work with women who are more prone to shock loss.
-Manual shock loss is more severe or anaesthetic soultion?
What do you mean by manual? I am not certain.
-Can it be done if a person still having hairloss or should it be controlled first?
Everyone continues to have hair loss since it is a lifetime issue but i probably would not do a transplant if there is a rapid period of loss until things are at least relatively stabilized.
-will making shallow slits help to prevent it,if so how much?
no. making shallow sites can oftentimes result in poor growth since the sites are not deep enough to reach blood supply. in addition, what determines the site depth is not arbitrary but based on the depth of the donor hair. i measure each donor graft depth and match my depth of my recipient sites to match exactly the depth of the donor graft. hope that makes sense.
-Graft viability with epidermal trimming?
