I know this is a forum for people with hair loss issues, so I hope I don't offend when I say that I have lots and lots of thick hair. So much that I wish I had less of it. Is it possible to sell some of my scalp to be used for transplants? It's really nice thick hair
no problem. that is not possible. you can sell your hair for hair extensions or at least find someone willing to take it but not your scalp. hair transplants need to be done in the same person otherwise there will be rejection. sml
