I'm a 40 year old male. My hair is thin and the upper area of my head and vortex show less hair than the sides, typical male pattern hair loss. I would like to grow my hair long, past my shoulders, the way I had it 20 years ago. Back then, I used to believe (or know) that wearing long hair in men weakens the hair. Is this true? Will I accelerate hair loss by letting it grow long? If so, is there any vitamin that helps strengthen hair? I've already tried Propecia for 6 months and had no results.
Thank you so much in advance.
