I am suffer from stage 3 of DHT hair loss, which minoxidil products should I use. Perfectimage 5%, Spectral DNC 5%, Rogain 5%, Regro 5% or Xandrox ?

don't know what "stage 3" hair loss means? do you mean a Norwood-Hamilton Class 3? If so, that is still relatively on the early side of hair loss and you should still respond well to medicine. in my opinion, there are too many voodoo products for hair loss. i would just go with 5% plain ol' vanilla minoxidil whether rogaine brand or not. the only benefit of rogaine brand is that it does not have propylene glycol so there is limited allergic reaction and it is easier to style. efficacy is the same as generic. don't buy expensive versions of minoxidil. they don't work any better.
