Can hair transplantation in scalp and eyebrow be done in female due to hypothyroidism which is under control?

yes, if the hairs do not regrow, then hair restoration can be a solution.

theoretically that is possible. hairs that are from the back of the head tend to behave like from the back of the head, i.e., they are genetically less programmed for loss. however, there are reports of what is known as "recipient dominance" meaning that hormones could potentially influence hairs that are not native to the area.
