Hi Dr. Lam -
I'm in the process of doing my research to have an eyebrow transplant to disguise a scar that runs through my left eyebrow. The scar was suffered during a car accident, and I've lost a great deal of hair in my eyebrow as a result.
I understand that typically hairs from a donor site on the back of the head are removed and transplanted into tiny incisions made in the eyebrow.
My question is, what can be done to "train" the hairs to lay flat against the eyebrow like the natural/existing hairs? Gel, mousse, etc? Do you have any process or product that you give your clients? How long does it take to train the hairs?
Thanks,
Chuck.
