yes, of course. although the recommended dose on the package insert says just 1 cap i believe for the foam and 1/2 cap for the liquid (may have that backwards) you can safely double to triple the dose to be applied over a wider area like the front, temple, crown, etc. however, you should not do more than twice a day.

honestly, i do not know the answer to that question. just go by the recommended dose on the bottle and double or triple the dose of it.

not for a first one unless your scalp is exceptionally tight.
